Wayne, Cooper is the manufacturer. I have been using MasterCraft, made by Cooper, for years, and I have had great service from them. The price and quality are very good. I suppose they aren't readily available everywhere, but if you can get Cooper tires, you'll probably like them. Good Luck and God Bless, Tommy
