THAT FELLOW IS RIGHT ABOUT LIFE TIME TABS, HAVE TO HAVE A UTILITY TRAILER UNDER 3000# AXLE WEIGHT AND FOR THE TRAILER BEING LOANED OUT, A CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE WHO IS A HIGH WAY PATROL COP SAID THAT WAS MADE A LAW YEARS AGO BY A STATE SENATOR WHO BORROWED HIS TRAILER OUT TO A NEIGHBOR AND THE NEIGHBOR WRECKED IT AND DIDN'T PAY FOR DAMAGES. THE SENATOR WAS SO MAD, HE PUT IT UP FOR (AGAINST) LAW TO LOAN A TRAILER OUT TO ANYONE, AND IT PASSED, STILL ON THE BOOKS, ALTHOUGH THE COPS DON'T ENFORCE IT, IT'S ON THE BOOKS... THERE ARE MANY LAW'S ON THE BOOKS WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT, AND BEING IGNORANT OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE...
