Our old Sherman hi-lo equipped Jubilee ran 31mph flat out(according to police :( radar).This was with slightly oversize rear tires from the 860.But unless the front end/steering is solid,tight and rear tires are loaded,I wouldn't recommend it....that ole girl could get "spooky" REAL quick on a rough spot or gravel road.I believe the rated speed with stock rubber in 4 hi was 26/28mph.
