Paul............I guess in all honesty if it's only got less than 2000 hours on it and as religously as you change the fuel filters I think that injector cleaning is not necessary. I figured for a 5000 to 6000 hour engine. My fault and I apologize.

As for "overhead" That's a term we used in school to mean set valve lash on all the valve's. And........once again with only 2000 hours on it you could take the time to do it but I think you will find that they are probably where they still need to be as far as spec's are concerned.

Honestly I think if your only getting a little haze then for no more than you use the tractor I guess the best tuneup you can give it after all is the theory that this post was started for in the first place. key in, start, and drive.

One small question though. Just out of curiosity. what kind of tractor are we talking about here?
