I suppose so. We used to pull a 50hp & 60hp Case with a F-20 easy enough. The trick is getting it out of the rut it has sat in since the last fireing. Wrap a rope around the flywheel to the tow tractor drawbar to move it initially. As the the rope is pulled it will rotate the flywheel (clutch engaged on the steemer) and walk the heavy old girl out of its resting place.
