I had a 1992 F150 with a beefed up suspension and engine. I found a 4000 RPM mini tach that hooked to the coil with an easy wiring diagram. I loved it. That engine doesn't run very fast...at leats with my automatic. 180,000 miles and never used a drop of oil. Running a Powerstroke now.
