OT: Another synthetic oil question

I've been watching the posts on synthetic oil and have learned alot from you all. I know that Amsoil and Mobil 1 are true synthetic. But I also see other brands that are advertising that they are full synthetic, as opposed to a synthetic blend. So the first question is, are there now other brands besides Amsoil and Mobil 1 that are true synthetic? If not, what does "full synthetic" mean? My next question concerns my two four wheelers. I have a Polaris and an Arctic Cat. Both sell synthetic oil under their brand name. Polaris especially reccomends their own oil. My question is, how do I tell if these manufacturers brand oils are true synthetic? What I want is a true synthetic oil, for 4 wheelers, that I can buy convieniently. I know where I can get Mobil 1, but they have many different formulas. It is hard to get the correct formula and the correct weight. I've not been able to find an Amsoil dealer locally. Lastly, I have purchased a new pick-up. When should I start using synthetic oil in it? I'm planning on starting at 10,000 miles. Does that sound about right? Thanks for the help and info.
