It sounds as tho you may be mixing up models, Tha avery V later became the Moline v with the V standing for vegetable and was a small wide front same size as the IHC Cub tractor. The Moline BF was the largest of the series and about the size as a IHC C or John Deere 40 tractor and could have dual trycicle, single front wheel or wide front end and model was changed to BF after Moline started to paint them yellow as it was the former Avery R. The mid size avery was the Avery A and was droped from production when Moline took over. One place you call it a BF then again you call it a V. I think if you go to the left side of this page under tune-Up Specs or une-Up Guide you will find what you are looking for after going into Serial Numbers also on left side of page. The V would have about a 8-9X24 tire, The A a 10x24 tire while the R-BF would be a 28" tire, there was also a BG that was an ofset version of the BF. For good complete information look up the True Draft Club or B. F. Avery Collectors Club
