Hi John, That's probably why it has been setting for so long? :>( The steering is the first item in the food chain for the output of that front pump and gets priority. Is the bypass squealing? Maybe change the oil and filter? How do the brakes, T/A and clutch work? They come in line after the steering and if they are sluggish as well, you might need a front pump (seems odd tho, at 1500 hours). Maybe the old sister just needs to be taken out and limbered up again. Hope ya get 'er figured out, Allan
