O/T shopping for clutch kits????

I'm new to clutches, all I know is I need to buy a "clutch kit" for my truck so the local mechanic can put it in next week. I went on to Napas online site and I think what I'm looking for is called a clutch pac, but they don't have pictures, lists, or discriptions of what is included in a "clutch pac", just the disc size and a price. The remanufactured clutch pacs are about $100, but it says the friction disk is made of "damp organic", now just what the heck is that?. Sounds like something your supposed to eat, I wonder how "damp organic" would hold up?, sure doesn't sound like much to me, but I haven't a clue what it is, so I figgured I'd ask the experts here. The other one that they list is a high performance clutch pac thats brand new for a hefty $489, quite a difference in price compaired to a remanufactured clutch pac.
Anybody had any experience with the Napa remanufactured clutch pacs?.
Any other brands I should look at or good places to get a good kit at a good price?.
