I have many of the toys my brother and I had as kids which are 90% farm toys from the 40s. Toys were hard to get then because of the war. Since then I've collected many models of farm toys that represented the equipment we owned or used in our neighborhood. That included JD, Allis, Farmall, MH, Fordson, Ford, New Holland. My favorite among favorites is a New Holland model 77 hay baler, 1/16 scale, scratch built by Gilson Reicke. Everything works on it except tne knotter. Another favorite is an AC 1/12 scale combine by Franklin Mint. The straw racks work! I got the last ERTL Precision Classics JD A on rubber with mounted 2 row cultivator that the local dealer had. Paid $119. I've heard of them going at auction for about $895. (The Precision Classics by ERTL are discontinued after a time and then it's strictly supply and demand). These are just personal notes on the subject and I don't know if it helps. What I would do is try to get some of the models your audience might be interested in on display. Maybe someone here would be interested in helping if they lived close by. Good Luck!

This article will focus on what I encountered and what I did to bring the 1951 NEAR DEATH Farmall H back to life. ... [Read Article]
