Many of you might know of the little fella Dillon who was severly injured and lost two close family members in a car wreck recently. From what I have heard he is doing well, but it must be a road wrought with struggle, no matter how strong willed and good spirited this little guy is. Nebraska Cowman is sending Dillon a copy of his wonderful book to Dillon from "your YT friends" and I think he will love it. That news got me thinkin though....wouldn't it be fun if we made a "book" from all his buddies. Nothing as fancy as Cowman's....here's what I was thinkin: Take a picture of you and a your favorite tractor (doesn't have to be a show tractor) and tape it to a piece of regular old white paper. I think it is important to have yourself in the picture so Dillon can put a face with the name. Below the picture write your name, where you are from etc., and a little about your tractor (in simple terms so Dillon could understand). And include a couple words of encouragement to Dillon. Then get two sheets of contact paper and laminate the sheet (or laminate it if you have access to that) and mail it to me....I would put them all together in a three ring binder and make up a cover for the front and mail it on to Dillon. This is just the initial idea so any suggestions/modifications would be welcome....but let me know if you are interested and I will send you the address to mail your sheet. If we could get this together in time for Christmas that would be nice. I can just see his face when he pages through that book and sees all the fellas that think so highly of him.
