Info. On Farmall h Loader problem lifting.

Hi Guys and Gals,
I bought this really nice "H" from a retired farmer that he spent 4 years restoring it, and I mean he did it all, if it sat next to a new tractor, you would know which one was new. he had a loader on it, and when I first tried it out it lifted fine, no prob. I got it to the house and of coarse trying it out I noticed it wouldn't lift even a half a bucket aof dirt. I checked it over and I seen there was only one (1) hose hooked up to one (1) ram cyl. So I hooked the other side up, did the same thing, it wouldn't pick up a bucket of firewood to put on the trailer. I called a few places and they ask what was the oil weight? They old farmer said 30 wth. non- deter. The farmall dealer said to put in 80-90 wth. because that is what belongs in it. Is that true? should I put in 80-90? in it. I tried to lift a small bucket of sand and it wouldn't even try to dig, not even abit. I don't know what year it is, but it DOESN'T have alive system, the clutch has to be out. It will lift empty just like it was suppose to do, but like I said 200lbs. it won't lift 2-3 ft. How can I give it more power? Someone said there was a cock pit on it somewhere and all I should have to do is turn it one way or the other to give it more power, I can't find that either, Please help me, Tim
