You have a dry sleeve engine. most likely causes are; 1. head gasket failed- causes; age, poor installation or overheated engine can cause. 2. Cracked head- causes; age, poor installation or overheated engine. You won't know what is wrong for sure until you pull the head. I'd get the oil/antifreeze out of the oil pan ASAP. As others mentioned you'll want to look at bearings while pan is off. I'll hope it's just a head gasket that rusted away.
