What should I replace before i attempt to start it? Should I replace the plugs, distributor and oil filter? Where do I get these parts from? Also, should I drain the engine block water jacket or is it likely it is empty? The previous owner said that the tractor had been running a couple of years ago? I'm a rookie at this sort of thing so I'm unsure of the next steps.
