Hi Mike, It always the buyer that has that judgement call. I personally take what is said like a grain of salt but if 5 people tell me it has feathers and quacks I'm pretty sure it's a duck. If I didn't mention I was thinking it was a duck, then 5 people have just confirmed my personal thoughts, "I'm dealing with a duck". Yes that I do agree with that there's always going to be bickering with a thread on this topic. That is part of the baggage that comes along with selling.
