IH 350U

I just bought a IH 350U and I was hoping that someone could help me with a couple of questions. The TA works but slips (slips in the low range), Is there a adjustment to it or is there some thing seriuosly wrong? Last question, the rear end makes noise when the pto is not being used and when I engage it, the noise doesn't seem as bad. Is that some thing I need to get looked at soon? Thanks to any one that can help Brian
