Hi Todd, The guys on thedieselstop.com that are into racing/drags are using a BTS ? tranny, about $2600 delivered if I remember correct. In the last couple years reading threads, I don't remember ever seeing a bad post about BTS trannys. Do not use a K&N on the 7.3 airbox as it don't fit and leaks DIRT, a known K&N problem they refused to fix. A independant study two uears ago showed the Ford stock air filter out preformed all tested filters including the leaking K&N junk in both CFM flow and dirt intrapment . T_Bone
