I have an advertising brochure from Farmhand. It shows the "Ranch Hand". Here is what Farmhand had to say about it---"For farmers and ranchers who have many varied material handling needs, the Ranch Hand may be the loader they need. This self-propelled loader has unexcelled comfort. Optional air-conditioning keeps you cool while sweeping and stacking large amounts of hay in the summer. Optional heater keeps you warm while winter feeding loose hay, feeding a tub grinder or scooping snow. Sweep hay up to 15 MPH, lift 3500 lbs. up to 21 feet high. Or use the Ranch Hand for feeding hay, handling snow, manure, bales and many other materials." It was front wheel drive, with power steering. It was powered by a GMC V-6 gas burner with a four speed transmission with a 2-speed axle. Sorry, I don't have a scanner so you can see the entire ad. It has a nice color photo.
