I have noticed, especially with antiques at auction, that if the parts are on the tractor, they're treated as being "free" and if the 3point hitch and toplink are removed (and sold separately btw), the pto shields are removed, the step is removed, etc. those parts are sold for premium bigbucks over on the parts hayrack. I can see selling the duals off of a tractor, or a mounted loader separately, but I think I'd rather look elsewhere for a complete tractor--or else loudly announce "well then, I'll have to reduce my bids accordingly" to the auctioneer and the rest of the public, right after the auctioneer says "we'll be selling everything separately"!
