If you put that 20 hp Engine in your F20 it would probably work quite well as the low hp tractor (F-20) has a tremendous mechanical advantage due to gearing etc. someone mounted a 12 Hp Kohler on a JD and ran a belt to the belt pulley and it pulled quite well it is all in the gearing!!
