At 35, you definitely should know better. If you want property to ride your atv on, go buy or rent some. If not, and you don't have permission, stay off. It doesn't matter whether you are going to tear the place up or not. There is also the liability problem to consider. If some dimwit on a atv breaks his neck, it could mean legal problems for the landowner. To all the landowners here, I would recommend obtaining a personal 'unbrella insurance policy'. They don't usually cost too much, and protect one from incidents on their property.
