2010 RCU's have history of plugging the input filter if it had a loader and you blew out a cylinder packing, maybe it's rust or some other dirt in this case. Also there's an o-ring between the pump and rear end housing that will blow some times. Pump is accessed from bottom up into rear housing. If this has been sitting (as you said) and the left brake is stuck on the cross shaft is probably frozen in the torque tube housing. You said the transmission oil had been drained. Could this unit have possibly been under water? Anyway your going to need some good penetrating oil to free it up.
