I would like to get some information about this tractor in order to make a decision to buy it. The tractor is in working condition except the drive shaft for the front wheel kit has been removed for dry pavement use(I guess there is a problem with the gear ratio's so they recommend removing the drive shaft for use on dry ground.) Anyway the owner has never used the 4wd and the shaft is off. My question is should the drive spindle turn freely into the "pumpkin" for the front axle or should this be a direct link to the wheels. Also if anyone has information about the aftermarket kit and how to get information about parts and repairs please e-mail me back. thanks Mark W or call 585 422-1472
