Your numbers look reasonable....almost. There shouldn't be any letters in the serial number other than the "N". That T at the end might be a 1. Ford used a capital I in place of a 1 in serial numbers. Does it look kind of similar to the other 1 (between the 2 and the 8)? I can't think what other number might be appearing similar to a T. At any rate, it looks like it is a 1946 2N. Ford 9N and 2N serial numbers all start "9N". Another thought occurs to me. Is there a star before the number? Usually there is a star before and after the serial number. Maybe that T is really a poorly struck star. In that case you number would be "9N21852" and then you would have a 1940 9N. There are other clues that will help narrow down what year it is. I recommend a careful reading of the link below.
