Ford 9N??

I ended up trading for a ford, suppose to be a 9N with loader. I looked at the left block and found these numbers. The first two could be wrong along with the last one (9N 21852 T) Can someone help me out and tell me if these look right, and also if it is a 9N and what year... Thanks
