Well. I caught a couple of drunk boys under the legal drinking age doing a donut in my wheat crop at 2 a.m.,got their license number, followed them and called the sheriff department, one of them threw a rock which dented my car hood, they were taken to the drunk tank till morning and released. One of them (High School Football Team Captain)returned with his mother and had him say he was sorry(they only do this when they get caught), then the mother interupted our talk and chewed me out because I "don't care what happens to him" " this will hurt him in college"(Lady, thank goodnes I did call the law...)The driver was ordered by the court to pay for the damage to the field , and the judge allowed him to wait till summer job money can pay for it(8 months after the crime) Am I a bad guy for catching him?
