Fred I went and looked at your site.. You live in some strange parts where neighbors can report overgrown lots and people get fined for allowing weeds to grow! Around here we'd have almost everyone in the neighborhood in jail! I didn't like the "no cars for sale" provisions of your council's laws either.. Dang it's getting hard to live these alternative lifestyles we rednecks chose...lol!
