Gas prices!!!!

Ok guys and gals, I know this isn't a tractor talk subject or well since they burn gas I guess it is at that! Are yall as outraged as I am about the price of fuel, whatever type it is? Seems like the price of fuel and everything else keeps going up but wages and jobs keeps going down due to layoffs, company downsizing and so on. I think we all need to write our congressperson and senator and even Mr. Bush to see what can be done to ease the strain. It hurts many of us greatly when the numbers at the pumps go up and those little wheels in side start spinning 90 to nothing. I for one am feeling a major pinch in just what gas prices are now and they are saying up to a buck 50 or more by summer. Something needs to be done, everyone else is taking cuts and such, why can't the oil companies and the fuel suppliers feel the pinch like the rest of us. That arab over there can drive last years Mercedes for another year. I'm having to drive 17 and 24 year old trucks and he is no better than me. We are all created equal. Something isn't right here. Ok, I"m ggoing to get off the soapbox(for now) and lets here what yall have to say. Is it fair for this to be happening while wages and layoffs and hourly wages stand still or even get cut out completely?
