OK,then it's an earlier model(bfore bout 1950 iirc).the later ones were all alloy(zinc-aluminum)...the last of the american Strombergs were produced in the mid 60's & iirc the rights & tooling were sold to Carter corp(carb manufacturer)...they were also used on some european equipment...heck,it could have come off pretty much anything...what size is the hole in the outlet???(where it bolts to the intake)...the size of the outlet can give a hint to what size engine it fits...
