Loader Hydraulic Problems, Help!

My tractor is fitted with a loader which uses the tractor's internal pump. The hydraulic reservoir is shared by the hydraulic pump and the tractor's fluid drive system (Case-O-Matic), the loader bracket also provides a little extra reservoir space. My problem is that the fluid sprays out of the loader bracket vent whenever I let the bucket down, that is until I've lost so much fluid that I have trouble getting it to raise again. The fluid looks like it is getting kind of foamy. I've changed the fluid ~3 times thinking that there was water contamination. No change. Anyone have an idea?
