Yes, if you have the proper tools. There is a puller for the clutch plate as well as an install tool. The pulley can be removed with a gear puller if you have the spacer that fits over the compressor snout to push against. Once the pulley is off the coil can be rotated after removing a snap ring. There is a driver for installing the pulley. You can jury rig your way around most of it except the clutch plate installer. If you don't have that you can mess up the compressor by doing that part wrong.
At one time replacing all those parts was commonly done in the field. I still have all that stuff in a box somewhere. I dig them out for a project every once in a while. Not very common any more.
