I am new to the forum. I will be as brief as possible but give all pertinent information that I can. I purchased a case 1194 eight days ago. When i bought it, the guy had a hard time starting it, indicating to me it needed a new battery. I took it home, got a new battery which helped. I also changed the oil and filter, changed the fuel filters and air filter. It was running well at that point. This weekend, I transported it to my land. I hooked it to a sprayer that runs off the pto and it was working fine for a while. Yesterday, it died on me without any warning. I noticed for the 1st time the oil light on the dash. So I immediately checked the oil and it was proper. I will add that when I tried to start it nothing happened not even a click. I towed it back to house about 100 yards away. I tried to start it and it made some noise attempting to start. I figured somehow the battery needed charging and charged it overnight. This morning I got it started and everything seemed fine. I went back out with the sprayer and within 20 minutes it had died again. Same thing nothing when I tried to start it and the oil light was on again. My thoughts are either alternator, or maybe the oil pump. I would appreciate any feedback and I will be responsive to any questions. Thank you.
