Are there any hoses in the flow lines one of them could be leaking air and not fuel just had a friend of mine go through this on his pickup. check the sediment bowl if the bowl will fill without cracking a line probably leaking air. take the line from the tank off and see if the line runs a good flow the size of the line on gravity flow should be adequate if the stream from a low pressure pump like a fuel pump on a car it should squirt a good stream about a foot if it just dribbles it's junk if it is getting good fuel flow to it.
