Looking for advice; my '44 BN starts and runs great for 30-40 minutes then starts mis-firing. Never completely quits but runs like its only firing on two cylinders. Also, hard to restart. 6volt system. I mainly use it to cultivate the gardens.
Pulled the plugs; they are all sooty and maybe gapped to narrow. What should the gap be? Could the plugs be bad? Cleaned the points and rotor button. Fuel in the bowl.
Problem persists. Thanks for any helpful ideas. Michael.
