Yes if and only if it has the cultivator parts. Without the cultivator parts it becomes another tractor. Some buy them to show and since rare drives up the price some.
Another poster here bought a 541 (same tractor) I found in running condition. He paid $2600 for it. It did not have the cultivator parts but ran and had 3 point arms. Not a lot of wiggle room for a profit when you consider all this tractor needs. He is at least $1000 to high maybe more.
A lot of the parts on the 541 and 2000 offset are only found on the offset. I think the 601 lift arms will work you just need to drill them for the different sway chains. But if you are missing just one part unique to the offset you are most likely dead in the water.
