I'm working on a JD750. I ordered an aftermarket pump off ebay and put it on last night. I noticed that the impeller was sort of made opposite of the one on the pump I removed. It looked like it might actually scoop up more water the way it is made. Now I am second guessing putting this on and reading about this and it sure looks like I got a reverse rotation impeller on this pump. I don't know if it will flow too much water and cause problems ? I have had some say if it flows too much water the radiator won't have time to cool it and it can cause overheating ? I have not refilled the system yet and have not ran it yet. Just wondering what others think about this. I'm going to try and call the people who sold this pump later today.
