Does anyone out there use a tractor-trailer (non-commercial semi) to tow your tractors? What type of license did you put on the truck and trailer? I am going this route to tow my tractors to the shows and tow my stock car trailer. The truck will not be used for commercial use. Some have told me I need to put "Not For Hire" on the truck and then it is just a big pickup and only needs a license approriate for the gross weight of the rig. Others have said I still need to license it as a commercial rig and not be able to travel to other states without getting "Authority" and IFTA tax paperwork, and run a logbook and etc. (all the trucking for hire rules, hauling regulated commerce, still apply, they say) Any know for sure? I live in minnesota. TIA
