Everyone else is on the road along with you & your truck. It's likely rated class II or maybe class III. I just picked up our Jimmy 4x4 from the transmission shop this morning after dropping $2300.00 Canadain peso's. Can't complain it has 157,000 miles on it, some towing 5000lb loads in the summer. Get a trans cooler, shift kit & fill the tranny with synthetic ATF. It would have went farther but a vacuum sensor failed & pulled atf into the engine & lowered the level enough to slip & wear the direct clutch packs.
