'91 Dodge V-6 ... could it pull much ???

A older fellow not too far away has a '91 full-sized Dodge shortbox regular cab for sale. It's got 95000 miles on it and has been taken care of and all the repairs and maintenance has been documented. It has an automatic transmission with a V6 engine. My question is, would this vehicle be able to tow any sort of a flatbed trailer? Say a 14 foot dual axel trailer with a small 3000 pound tractor on it? Distances would not be great, probably 50-60 miles each time it was used (which wouldn't be that often). And also, what would be a decent price for such a truck? Any suggestions (positive or negative) would be appreciated.
