Ummm... first of all, the cops probably had no idea about putting anyone in danger. Two, what kind of operator chews up a mile of pavement with steel lugs to get to a show, especially when they supposedly owned a excavating company, who should know what happens to roads, and should also have trailers to move them? Blaming the cops on this one is pretty wrong.
