Ford 8N Transmission Oil

What type of oil should I use in my 8N gearcase? It looks like it has a hydraulic oil in it, but the manual says 20W. I am a bit concerned over the apparent discrepancy. The tractor just came into my hands and is a 1951 with only 1200 original hours. As long as we are at it, how about engine oil recommendations? Are the "newer" multi-vis oils appropriate or recommended for a tractor of this vintage. Finally, is there any concern over the use of unleaded fuel in my tractor. It will be used at the lake to do some hauling and a little grading. Not any heavy tillage. Thanks in advance for any advice.
