Here in N.E. Iowa it has gone from wet to hot and dry. We had some bald spots on the pond dam so I took a chance and put some $5 a pound grass seed, some fert. and fresh dirt down. Now with no rain we have been watering it. The first time I took my generator and a sump pump with a garden hose hooked to it but that took 2 hours to water it. My buddy used to work at a place that built and worked on LP gas delivery trucks. He gave me a 200 ft. outdated hose off of 1 of the trucks they worked on years ago and I had it stored in our water truck. I got it out and made us a nozzle and took my pump and now we water in style. Took the watering down to 20 min. We use the Gator to drag the hose. Works good and the wife is happy.---Tee
