The webpage has 'blinged' up and requires a newer browser which means that you may not have enough speed, memory, etc. to install the 'blinged up' browser that they've gone to on your present system. Microsoft has done this for years while with Apple it's more recent :twisted:.
It's all about the money and what the current generation of 'techies' think is needed. For instance: Is Windows 'Vista' better than it's predecessor at 'getting it done'? Is Apple's 'Yosemite' any better than those operating systems (aka: OS) that it replaced? If you are talking about 'bling' or 'bells and whistles' then yes, they have more of that but are they 'better', I think not, BUT I did have to finally 'upgrade' and turn loose of some cash, so as far as 'they' are concerned, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!' :twisted:
