I had a problem with my mouse a couple months ago. Just a single click would actually double click. So, when I went to high lite an e-mail to throw in blocked section, it would open it up. Well anyway, I think I opened a few not so good ones before I figured out what was going on. So, not wanting to completely throw Norton out as it cost money and next computer whiz may have a different opinion, I reset it each time I boot up so that it is off until next reboot. So far that has worked ok and things are moving along normal.
