If you like peace and quiet and lots of space and freedom this place is hard to beat i say.
I have only 12 ml to maintain.
Everything here is 5' high page wire.
Other than cutting up some blown down trees from the fence after a big wind and renewing a couple broken posts a year my fences are pretty well been maintenance free since i put them up 18 years ago.Altogether a week a year maybe.
There's a black bear with 2 cubs up against the tree line behind the old Bull.
