Before they got Minute Key, Menards would make keys in the mill work dept. Then they moved it to the service counter. You are right, for Menards it's gravey and no employees.
I wish Menards would go back to having people make the keys. Just have to go to a locksmith in town until they do.
I have to say, I do thousands of $ a year with Menards, it close, good people, good service, free delivery on large orders, until they put this machine in their stores. This is the first time they really Issed me off saying it's not their problem. Live and learn.
