I would drive an 8N Ford and an Allis Chambers WD45. Neither had a radio, but I remember a man named Mr. Ficket constantly "Sharing" stories of people who died from flipping a tractor. He was missing 2 fingers from working on a combine. He was the shop and farm instructor at the far right wing acedemy I attended for high school. He was also suffering from a smashed disk from being thrown of a piece of heavy equipment. I always wondered if he even knew anyone who paid attention to what they was doing when they were around machines?
