I am in the southern NE panhandle and northeast Colorado. Was very dry last year until in Sept. We than got 5-6 in. about 4 hrs. Had to redrill most wheat finished the first wk. in OCT. Turned cold and hardly come up.(some neighbors didn"t come up and there wheat looks very spotty). Went and looked it over yesterday and all looks good. We never got a lot of snow but it came several times at about 4 in at a time so right now fairly good moisture, always need more. Pictures are right after the 5-6 in. of rain.
