Over the last couple of years I have been looking for my granddads Oliver 70 he had when I was a kid. Last friday night I typed his name into the computer just to see what I could find. Well one thing lead to another and I could believe what I had found. A family photo of my great grandfather and his father my great great grandfather taken about 1890. I down loaded the photo and printed it off, Saturday mornning I picked up dad to go have breakfest and told him I have something for you. He said what? How bout a picture of your grandfather and great grandfather. He said nobody has a picture of them. Well you do now, And I handed him the picture. As he looked at the photo a tear came to his eye as he said thats my grandpa as a young man and I never knew that my great granddad looked like. He looked at me and ask Ware did you find this? I told him how and he was amazed to say the least. After we ate and were heading home dad as me to stop at the store for a minite. OK. He was in and out in a flash and when we got to the house he said come on in for a bit. We went in and him headed to his room and in a bit he called for me and mom to come in. He had framed the picture and hung it by our other family pictures. He is very happy I found it for him and our family. He said this picture means alot to me, More than a name in a book it makes you feal like your more connected to the past. When I got ready to leave dad came over gave me a hug and said thank you, This means alot to me. I may never find the old 70 but I know that I made dads day. Heres the picture, Dads granddad is top left and his great granddad and great grandmother and there family. It is amazing what you can find these days on the computer. Bandit

Today's Featured Article - The Nuts and Bolts of Fasteners - Part 2 - by Curtis Von Fange. In our previous article we discussed capscrews, bolts, and nuts along with their relative hardness and thread sizes. In this segment we will finish up on our fasteners and then work with ways to keep them from loosening up in the field. Capscrews, bolts and nuts are not the only means of holding two parts together.
